Completion & Certification
All affected and at-risk timbers within the loft were treated thoroughly, ensuring complete coverage and long-term protection.
Upon completion, the client was provided with a certificate of treatment, satisfying the requirements set out by the mortgage lender.
All works were carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption.
