The guys from DPS carried out excellent damp proofing and timber preservation work at my mother's house recently and were very knowledgable and helpful. It's so refreshing to come across such a friendly and professional team who were also respectful of my Mum's property and cleaned up and hovered at the end of the work - we were very impressed! This company was first class, they did an excellent job of my pantry and hallway. The work was good. Helpful guys who didn't leave a mess. Cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy before they left!

The job was carried out so quickly meaning only 1 day of interruption. The 3 men who did the work were all friendly, professional and helpful and completed the job to a high standard. Also impressed with how clean & tidy they left our house. Will be using again for future work.

All our interactions with DPS suggest the positive reviews are well deserved. After contact, DPS said there was a £150 fee to provide a full verbal report, recommendation, cost and timing of works. The £150 fee is offset against works done. This was money well spent for us, because of the in-depth analysis provided, but this may not suit everyone. Their specialist, Adam, was thorough in assessing our house. He took numerous readings and gave a full outline of what was needed, which options DPS could do and what the likely outcomes would be. We went ahead with installing 2 9x6" air bricks in each gable end. Adam kindly arranged to do this quickly to fit our needs. Tom and Luke arrived at the time stated and did a superb job - as mentioned by others they are polite, tidy and efficient etc. They are excellent workers. The air bricks resolved our problem. At all times comms were excellent, even after we had paid and Adam was responsive to any points we raised. A written statement of works was provided afterwards. Overall, I rate this company very highly. Everything was done as and when stated to a high standard. Interestingly, our house was independently surveyed after and the surveyor stated this was the best option, and the one he would have recommended. This was reassuring. In summary, an excellent experience.

All work was carried out professionally and timely by a great team of skilled workers. They were all polite, courteous, and very efficient and made all attempts to keep out of my way, despite the work affecting most rooms in the house. The work was carried out in accordance with the initial quote and fully completed within two days. They started work at 7:30 am, all arriving promptly, despite traveling a fair distance to reach me. Nothing was too much trouble, and I would highly recommend both their professionalism as well as the standard of their work.
